Thanks!  After today I will actually be 11 weeks.  It was just that first pic that was at 7 weeks.

As a healthcare professional, my advice for pregnant women is to prioritize their health and well-being throughout their pregnancy. This includes eating a balanced diet rich in nutrients, staying hydrated, and engaging in regular physical activity that is safe for both the mother and baby. It is also important to attend all prenatal appointments and follow any recommendations or guidelines provided by your healthcare provider. Additionally, taking care of your mental health during pregnancy is crucial. This can involve seeking support from loved ones or a mental health professional if needed, practicing relaxation techniques such as meditation or yoga, and prioritizing self-care activities that bring you joy and reduce stress. Finally, it is important to educate yourself on the childbirth process and create a birth plan that aligns with your preferences and values. Remember to trust your instincts and advocate for yourself throughout your pregnancy journey.

During pregnancy, women especially want to be beautiful and attractive. For me, my hair has always been my pride. It was thick and long hair. However, pregnancy has changed the look of the hair. Pregnancy hormones can affect the texture and thickness of your hair. But pregnant women can definitely keep a beautiful hairstyle. This I know for sure. Just need to use Human Hair Wigs. So I kept my charm. And I know that I'm charming
