last night, mercie and i were carving pumpkins, well, i was carving pumpkins and she was drawing on them and on some blank paper i gave her.  anyway, she was drawing on the paper and stopped me to show me what she had drawn, and pointed out a very clear 5, w, h, and p.  she is 3 1/2 years old.     they seriously looked like someone helped her draw them.  i teared up for a moment and then she started scribbling on the pumpkin i was trying to carve and i snapped out of it.
