What to give a child with Autism?

Hi all... it's Sandy from ST.


I'm almost done with my Christmas shopping, but there's one gift I'm stuck on. I can't decide what to get for my two year-old cousin. He has Autism, so I don't want to get him something too complex or involved. Everyone always gets him clothes because (I think) they don't know what to get him either, but I want him to get a toy or two this Christmas.


Ideas or experiences? Thanks, ladies.

Anything that makes noise- same as any child, I guess though.  A friend at work has a child with autism and he loves things that are really, really noisy.
