want to share some kid's room pics

Just want some feedback.  If I were to put my house on the market and you came to see it, what would you say about these kid's rooms?

Daughter's room (Paris/pink poodles) - I've actually moved furniture around since I took these pictures, but what do you think of the walls?  Oh, and I've finished the plack "stitches" on the stripes, too:

youngest son's room (racecar theme):

oldest son's room (sports theme, no custom murals on the wall).  This is the only pic I can find, but I know I have more:

kid's bathroom (very bright):

the rooms look great! Your daughter's room is how my sister is fixing up her daughter's room.

I think the rooms look great. Are you considering putting it on the market, have you talked with an agent? I guess I wonder because I mean there could be potential for someone to buy it that does not have kids or younger kids...but I don't think that would make or break the sale. If I looked at it I'd think there was a very creative mom with plenty of talent and style living there

We are thinking about it, because we're hoping to move to TX  (((****crosses fingers and says "before the snow, before the snow, before the snow****)))  I'm hoping since this is a family neighborhood that it would be families, but who knows.  I just don't want to turn anyone off because the rooms are so specific (except for the older guy's room).

If you are planning on selling your house, sadly, I think the bathroom is too dark. According to what I have seen, buyers prefer rooms that appear bigger than they are) and unfortunately it seems that most can't see past the colors.

I love the rooms, but for selling, it may be a little difficult. If you can, paint the bathroom a lighter color, maybe beige (boring I know, but it sells). Remember, not everyone looking for a home is going to have or planning on having children. So, you want to make sure you appeal to the widest market possible.

I'll give you my opinion as a real estate agent.  I never recommend that someone paint rooms/redecorate etc. when trying to sell a home unless we see that it becomes a major problem.  99% of buyers will look at the home and if it is what they are looking for (size/price/etc.) then a color of a room will not make or break a deal.  In fact you could spend a ton of money painting and redecorating and not be able to get that money back out of the resale.  Everyone has a different opinion when it comes to decorating and chances are no matter what you do to the rooms, the new owners will probably change them.

By The Way - I think they're all really cute!!
