I know Gymbo just started doing a "family" line. And I know this boutique that does really cute stuff, www.hipchicksboutique.com. But is it all just OTT?

I think it is cute every once in awhile or for special occasions.  Not a fan when the outfits are too similar though, like matching jumpers (not implying you'd ever wear a jumper though ).


I especially like the first pic you posted.

Ok, so I know this probably will put me smack dab in the cheesy corner, but when I am taking my son out somewhere, I usually try to co-ordinate our clothes a bit.  So our tops will be the same color, or we'll both have khaki shorts on or something. 


So yeah, if I had a daughter, I would probably wear things similiar to the first outfit.

I think the way its done in the pictures you posted would be cute and not too cheesy.  Its subtle but cute in a matching way.

Not a fan. As a mom I struggle enough with trying to find and hold on to my own identity while up to my arms in diapers and sleepless nights. I don't need to add matching outfits to it! I MIGHT do it for a family portrait but that's about it.
