no belly pants...

so, i was looking at a really cute pair of no belly jeans at motherhood and could see myself wearing them for a while, but at some point i would have to stop wearing them on my belly and start wearing them lower or under my belly.  but i am not sure how that would work.  i just can't see wearing them the duration of my pregnancy especially after seeing the picture of them on the model on the website.  the old picture made them look really cute and they are cute in person, but seeing the new picture, it fits more to what i think they would look like when i am a bit bigger.
so after all that blabbering, my question is, what is everyone's experience with no belly pants as your tummy gets bigger.  do they continue to be easy to wear or are they not as functional when you get bigger?

this is the new picture of the pants i was looking at

They are really cute jeans - but I couldn't wear that style at the end of my pregnancy.  If I remember correctly the no bellies worked for until about 6 months maybe.  Then I acquired "as wide as I am tall" status. Def. had to go for stretch bands after that.

that's what i figured.  i had 2 pairs of pants that were the under belly band  when i was pregnant with mercie and by the time i was 7 months i constantly had to pull them up because they wouldn't stay up.  so i figured the no belly pants would be the same way.

Yup, I had to stop wearing no belly pants around 6 months and also the demi panels around the same time. The only exception is those ON cargo roll up pants that I bought. Other than that it's full panel all the way.
