Chris lost front tooth but there is not a permanent tooth coming in yet. It has been out for almost a month. Should I be worried? Maybe I should take him to his dentist.. His two bottom teeth had the permanent teeth coming in when they came out.
maybe call up his dentist and ask. i don't think it's a huge problem though... my front teeth took a while to come in. Did he play with it a lot when it started to get loose? It might have come out before it really needed to?
I don't think you need to worry. My friend's daughter lost her two front teeth when she was a few years old. Nasty tricycle accident. Anywhoo, her dentist told her that it doesn't matter when the kids lose their teeth, the adults one's will come in when they are ready to.
