Lightweight Toddler Strollers

I just spent all freakin day searching for a stroller, I finally narrowed it down to 4 strollers and I find out 3 of the 4 are for babies up to 35lbs!  The stroller that is a "toddler" stroller is up to 45 lbs, but it doesn't come w/a cup holder and the mesh basket below the seat is flimsy and tiny.

Can y'all help me find some strollers under $65 that meet the following reqs?

  • Lightweight (small or weighs 15lbs)
  • Toddlers up to 40-45 lbs
  • Cup holder/tray
  • storage underneath
  • reclining seat for naps

Thanks!

Just wanted to update in case anyone is going to need one

We found the Combi St for less than $50 at shop.com during a promo during xmas.  We used google checkout and took $10 off, which took paid for shipping!

Anyway, we love it! It has a strap to carry when we're not using it, which I thought was weird.  Why would you need to carry it when you can just push it?  Well, umm...I take that back! DH always lets DD walk around the store w/him, cuz she wont sit still and he folds it up and carries it w/him.  Its so lightweight, he can steer it w/one hand and DD inside.

I highly recommend it, its compact and versatile, we wanted something that would be comfortable enough for DD to sleep in if she was taking a nap and the extended shade and reclining seat work well!

Thanks for the review.  I'm STILL lugging around my big stroller and it is just too much.  I can't quite tell from the picture, but is that netting under it to store *ahem* shopping packages or some other such things?

Yup, it is small.  I think that is the only negative thing about it and its one of the reasons I didnt buy it from the very beginning.

If the shopping bag handles are big enough, I will hang them from the handle or just prop them on the shade and pull the shade back to hold them in place.  I don't really shop in "bulk" so I haven't had to do that much, but most of the time if the stuff is in a plastic shopping bag it will go in just fine.  But if I have my humongeous purse, I have to carry it on my arm, cuz it wont fit.  DD is old enough that she doesn't need a diaper change as often (we're trying to potty train) so I just leave her diaper bag in the car and bring 2 diapers and her travel wipes and toss them in the basket so I have "shopping bag" space left.

I was also worried about it not having a cup holder but theres a small net on the back of the stroller that you cant see in the pictures that holds it perfectly....so that solved that dilemma.
