Okay, we aren't going to use the yellow rug in the nursery after all, which means that I can use any colors I want that will look good with the black rib.  I'm thinking I still want to do the aqua and apple green, the colors in the Dwell bedding choice of my earlier post.  I would just buy that, but my friend who sews thinks it's better for me to get fabric and have her make all of it (and cheaper).  so, I've been looking at fabric and am totally overwhelmed.  I want to do something kind of modern.  I found this and want to know what you guys think--how would it look with a black crib and maybe a solid bumber to match in either blue or green??

I could also go with a solid.  Could I add another print or stripe or should I leave it at that and solids?  Thanks!
