What Size Should I Buy??

I was thinking in the next couple of weeks of trying to buy a few fall items off E-bay.  I love this Gap Tweed/Wool Skirt and the seller has it in many sizes.  I'm thinking I could pair it with a button up or sweater and knee boots and still feel stylish this fall - after all it's my favorite time of year for fashion! Obviously I don't know how big I'll end up being but I was wondering if there's a good way to "guess" at the size to order.  I'm a 4/6 in Gap prematernity.

How far along will you be in the fall?  Through my pregnancy I went up about 1.5 sizes.  I would order 2 sizes larger if you are going to be 7 to 9 months in the fall.  You can always have them taken in if need be.

I'm 9 weeks now.  So by the time it's sweater/boot weather I will be around 20 weeks or so.

hmm, since it has an elastic band, i would still say probably a small or medium. i found their maternity clothes to run a bit big...

actually, i was able to wear a size bigger in their jeans from month 4 till the end of my pregnancy. (obviously they fit differently, but still nicely)

from your TS posts, you look like you are about the same size as me, maybe a little smaller even.  in every brand maternity clothes, i never got past a medium.  even at my biggest.  and i gained 65 lbs.  i was huge and my boobs got to DD and E depending on the bra.  so i think that a medium or small should do fine.

These come in sizes though - 4,6,8,etc.

I've always been a 4/6 in Gap pre pregnancy.  Do you think a 6 would work in maternity??

i think a 6 would work.  especially if you stay fit while your pregnant.

Gap suggests you get the same size as you prepregnancy Gap size. By the third trimester you may need to up 1 size depending on how you carry...
