I need super inexpensive ($4~ish) solid white tops. My 2 yr old DD has tons of onesie type undershirts, but these are too casual to wear w/her Gymboree print skirts and shorts. Right now she has a lot of solid colors and stripe tops, but no basic white.

They have to have short sleeves, her babysitter lives on a huge ranch and spagetti strap tops dont provide too much protection while she's running around outside. 

I used to buy her simple cotton tops at Target for about $3, but I haven't seen them at my store this year, I've only seen striped ones.
