Im looking for a full gathered skirt like this: But in a much nicer, colorful and brighter print for DD I also want to put her hair in two pigtails with to BIG bows. Ive searched ebay a little but havent found anything that I love.
Not sure where to find the skirt but I have a friend who makes adorbale big bows, if you can't find any, pm me and I'll let you know how to get a hold of her. What's the occasion?

I would think so, she'd just have to use thicker ribbon.
